Frequently asked questions

How much do rental chair covers and sashes cost?

Our standard Lycra covers are as low as £1.50each. The full sash and bow or ribbon sash and bow are 40p each.

What are the colors of your sashes and what kind of fabric are they?

The sashes are made of shimmering organza fabric and are available in:-

White, Ivory, Cream, Lemon, Gold, Orange, Peach, Rust, Chocolate brown, Dusty Rose, Baby Pink, Hot Pink, Red, Wine Red,

Burgundy, Aubergine, Purple, Lilac, Turquoise, Light Blue, Cornflower Blue, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Olive Green, Apple Green, Sage green, Silver Grey, Silver Lurex and Black.

Are there any other colours?

Any unusual colours are available by special order, which will incur an added cost of 50p per sash.

What colours are your chair covers?

Standard; White/Ivory/Black

Do your chair covers fit most banqueting chairs?

Yes, we have five different sizes which will fit all banqueting or conference chairs. We will always visit your venue to measure the chairs to ensure the correct size is used.

How do I place an order?

Contact us by email or by phone. We will send a no obligation quote back to you by emailt. If you then wish to secure a booking, a non refundable deposit of £50.00 will ensure your date is booked and will be confirmed in writing. Payment of the booking deposit shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations should be given 90 days prior to the wedding date. Any cancellations made after this time will incur a 50% charge of the outstanding balance. Within 28 days of the date the full amount is payable.

What is your change policy?

Reasonable changes to your order can be made up to 30 days before the event, at which time the final payment will be due.

What is your policy for items damaged?

Any item rendered unusable in the future or simply lost, will incur a charge i.e. Chair covers £6.00., Sashes £2.00 and other hire items will be charged at replacement cost.

If a large item is damaged, i.e. a 6’ bay tree, then the cost of replacement will be itemized at the time, i.e. a 6’ bay tree will cost £125.00 to replace, and so on. Every care is taken by us to ensure the safe keeping of any goods that are hired by liaising with management to ensure safekeeping for our collection the next day, but the responsibility for the safe keeping of all hired goods resides with the hirer.

Do you provide delivery, set up and collection?

Free delivery, set up and collection is included in the price of the rental within a 20 mile radius of our base in Berkshire. Outside this area, there will be a small additional charge for delivery and collection.

What about dressing the rest of the venue?
